1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, sales orders, and purchases made through Lite System Technology ("LST"), whether placed via our online shop at www.lst-it.com, by quotation, or directly with our sales team. Placing an order or accepting a quotation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations issued by LST are valid for the period stated on the document, or 15 days if no period is stated. Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise agreed, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. LST reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing, orders are payable in full via the payment methods available at checkout (e.g. bank/wire transfer) before dispatch. For enterprise and project-based engagements, payment terms are as specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement. Invoices are issued in compliance with Egyptian e-invoicing requirements.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and fees are described in our Delivery Policy. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery. LST is not liable for delays caused by courier, customs, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Software licenses, subscriptions, and custom-configured or special-order equipment are non-returnable once delivered or activated, except where defective.

6. Warranty

Hardware sold by LST carries the original manufacturer's warranty. LST will assist customers in coordinating manufacturer warranty claims but does not independently extend warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer's terms unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

7. Services & Software

For IT services, ERP implementation, cybersecurity, and related engagements, the scope, deliverables, and terms are governed by the applicable statement of work or service agreement. Software and licenses supplied by LST remain subject to the respective vendor's own license terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LST's liability for any claim arising from a sale or service is limited to the value of the relevant order or engagement. LST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.lst-it.com, including logos, product descriptions, and materials, is the property of LST or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
