Coverage Area

We deliver across Egypt, with same-country delivery to all governorates. For enterprise clients and industrial/engineering projects across the Middle East, on-site delivery and installation can be arranged directly with our sales team.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Special-order or custom-configured equipment may require additional lead time, which we will confirm with you after checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

• Greater Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Other governorates: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Large enterprise or project-based orders: scheduled directly with your account manager.

Delivery Fees

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For bulk or enterprise orders, contact us for a tailored delivery and installation quote.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email, and our team may contact you by phone to confirm delivery details before dispatch.

Delays

While we work to meet the timeframes above, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier, customs, or supply availability. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any significant delay.
